Living a healthy life with Covid19 around us.

Hey you all gorgeous people, let's talk about health. Living a healthy life might seem like difficult at different times. Most of us find it difficult to maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle, which includes nutrition, exercising, eating and sleeping patterns and inner happiness. Through my blog, I would try to share some healthy ways of living a happy life. I would also like to share my personal experiences on a few health issues as I am myself suffering from a chronical disease named Celiac. After diagnosed as a gluten intolerant, I have adapted a number of changes in my life, which I would be sharing with you all in my upcoming blog about Celiac and Gluten Free Lifestyle.

When we lack good health, everything else in life suffers. If we are willing to do things the right way in our lives, we must make our health a priority. You don't always need an expensive gym membership or a consultation from a very highly paid dietitian. The modern technology has now made it easy enough to learn so much on a social media platform or to gain knowledge from useful blogs from bloggers like me (LOLS).

Guys, being a gluten intolerant, I have faced a lot of troubles related to my personal and professional life. But frankly speaking, this disease has made me a hard rock, who is always ready to see through any tough time in life.


I would love to share some of the recommendations which I am following and I hope you all will like it. Your feedback and suggestions are most welcome in the comment sections.


Running:


Honestly speaking, running was never my cup of tea, however, once i started it along with my husband, i realised that it is one of the best exercises you can do for a healthy body. Running is equally beneficial for a youngster or an adult. It would keep you fit and energised.

However, it's important to note that if you are suffering with any illness, you always need to consult your medical professional before you decide to hop into your sneakers and chase that runners high.


Healthy Sleeping Pattern:


When it comes to a healthy lifestyle, healthy sleep is equally important as healthy diet. Obstructive sleep apnea can be a serious sleep disorder if not diagnosed. Any person suffering with apnea, must consult a health professional to avoid the dark side of the disease.



Eating Healthy & Sufficiently:


Health and wellness have become a hot topic in recent years and the Covid-19 pandemic has made it even more significant to eat healthy to keep ourselves immune. However, the key to a healthy diet is to eat the right amount of Carbs, Proteins and Calories to balance the energy you use with the energy you consume.

To talk about healthy diet, we have a lot to discuss. So guys, we will keep discussing on it and yes, your queries and suggestions are welcome always and I will definitely try to make it.


Yoga/Meditation:


Exercise, Yoga, Meditation and dietary requirements, we need everything in right amount to live a healthy and happy life. We are living a fast-paced lifestyle these days and this is the main reason why our health suffers a great deal. A lot of us are concerned nowadays about the right way of exercising and Yoga, and we end up spending unreasonably on these things sometimes. But guys, you don't always need to join a very expensive gym or a yoga class for that matter, thanks to the advanced technology, the exercise and Yoga trainers are just a click away. I will be sharing some recommended links to make it easy for you to follow and learn basics of it from a good trainer, if you would wish to do so.


This blog is purely out of my personal experience and I truly intend to inspire all my readers and help them in changing their lifestyle for better. Consultations from a professional is highly recommended before implementing any thing from it in your life.
